When you say you removed the whip antennas, are you really saying that you removed the whips AND the black plastic mounts to which the antennas attach?
If all you've done is remove the whips leaving the threaded stud exposed, black rubber vacuum tube caps from an auto parts store work well. You can also disassemble the black plastic mounts to remove the threaded studs and install black plastic caps for a flush look.
If you have removed the black plastic antenna mounts, I have no suggestions.
