Have a '10 SG and it seems like I am always resetting the clock. Every couple of months I noticed it is like 5 or 6 minutes off. Does anyone know what the issue is or how to fix it.
I ride every day so I dont think its from lack of firing the bike up.
Have the same thing with my '11 SG. I just quit looking at it. A clock on a bike is about as useful as that Air Temperature guage they wasted our money on.
My Limited is the same way. Loses about 8 minutes a month. I checked the HD site and the radio has the latest software so there are no updates to install. Like said previously, stopped looking at it. Just ride till I stop.........................
Same here. No quartz movement in the HK head unit... A few minutes here and there. Could be worse.
Did make me late for work once... On my way in and decided to take a slightly longer route because I thought I had more time. Suddenly, the top-of-the-hour news came on while I was 3 or 4 minutes away...
All things considered, the one in my car isn't much better. Kenwood. The crappy AIWA that was in there before only got tweaked for DST and back. Solid.

I had to double check to see if this was in the B/S section. And I can't believe it's not!!! WAAAAA, there is this thing called a manual that tells you how to set the time, I suggest you read it and then once a week or two check it and set it appropriately.
Had that problem with the Suzuki C50, and have that problem with my Jeep. Haven't noticed with the SG - but I usually only need a ball-park figure for time anyway. Plus, I think they set it when I had the 5k service, and I had to reset it when I blew the main fuse.
I see the internet bully is out already this morning.....
My 2010 SG's clock has never kept accurate time. I have set it and reset it, no fix. Loses about 15 mins and THEN begins to keep time but just always 15 minutes behind.
So every day I ride I check both the clock and the temperature gauage.....not!!!

It's in the touring section, because most touring bikes have radios with clocks in them. So the question belongs here.
I can't tell from the pictures of your bike.... but, where is the clock ?
Oh, wait..................
