Which color to choose??

Merlot, it would be easier on your eyes. I wouldn't be able to look at that Cherry for very long while trying to ride long distance. Cherry would be to much, the Merlot would be easier on the eyes but still pop in the sunlight!

I have an 2012 Limited, ember glow over Merlot. If its the same Merlot as your 11, go with the Merlot, there is so much color variation in the heavy metallic, it would look sick, all those colors dancing in the light.....Definatley Merlot!

that cherry would be a lot of red in your face while riding. i'd go with the merlot or whatever the darker color is. it's your bike though.

my vote is for the merlot. that would give you some contrast since " the rider's view all you see is the cherry red".
the cherry is nice, but you can have too much of a good thing.
