It is just crazy - Works great through the bike speakers but when I plug in my helmet, nothing.....
When the IPOD is plugged in both bike speakes work and helmet speakers work - I just don't get it - Oh well, thanks guys for your input -

Are you sure you're using a compatible headset? If you are using a headset for an earlier model it may be wired differently. Does the stock radio work ok through the headset as well as the intercom?

Thats exactly what I was gonna suggest. I had a similar problem, they helped me out over the telephone. If I remember right the fellers name was Tony I spoke to. Very smart & friendly guy.
