I got it through the floorboards that I noticed....I have a newer map loaded through a TTS and that smoothed things out quite a bit

What would this crank out thing you mention be like? Bike runs great, I don't want to give the wrong impression. It isn't a violent vibration. I don't feel it through the bars or in the saddle, just seems like I can feel it some from the floorboards.

you might want to check your front motor mount for wear.

Ditto on the mounts and check the clearance on front headpipe. It may be touching your board

Awhile back, I test-rode a 2006 Road King Classic.
It had that. In the bars too. It was ok, once you were at
speed, but decel. Wow !!! Like a paint shaker.
Probl a front motor mount. Or it was just a POS. Kinda killed
my "need" for a Road King at that moment.

If you and/or your passenger are getting vibration through the floor boards, you need to have it checked. My 2004 just doesn't do that. Coming from the Sportster world to a Road King Classic was a major comfort change. The Sporty used to just beat me to death.

that link is no good. I guess, how would I know if there is an issue with the motor mounts? What would I be looking for specifically. Also, any idea as to the rough cost to get fixed?
