2008 vs 2011 flhx

I've got a 08 flhx that I've had since new and earlier this year had the heads ported and polished and it runs great and I really like the bike but I have a chance to sell it for a decent price but I was wondering about the new frames that came out in 09 do they really ride better than the 08 if I won't tell any difference between the rides I will keep the one I have.

I went from an 07 to a 10, definetly a difference in my opinion, but how hard do you push your bike? Also if you are truly happy with what you have, you may want to look into improving the suspension instead of changing bikes.

Recent bikes have an improved rubber mounted engine over the system used by Harley on your 08, but it is still rubber-mounted, so the handing 'wobble' that gets so much coverage on here may still be present. It is fair to say you are less likely to experience handling issues with a new bike, but there are ways of curing that!

My 2011 handles better than my 07. I bought the 2011 because I wanted a FLTRX 103. My 07 was a batwing. I'd sit down & get out your pencil/paper & do the math.
