I am going to change the seat on my 03 RKC. At the moment I have a 2 piece RK standard seat which fits me perfectly, but I like the look of the deep buttons of the Pillow Look seat. Does anyone have any experience with the Pillow Look seat....# 51102-01A. Does it make the riding position any higher or lower, nearer or further away than what I've already got. Also if anyone has one...what are they like for comfort.
I have the standard RK two piece seat, and the pillow look seat.
With the pillow look, you will sit a little closer and a little higher.
I only use the pilow seat when riding two up. Easier on the wife.
It sit a little higher and a little closer. The wife and I have ridden two up for over 500 miles in one day. SHE loves it! It is now our summer saddle.
I had a Corbin Dual Tour heated seat custom made for my Road King. Went to Corbin and had it fitted. That is my favorite saddle. The wife thinks it is still a little too firm. She loves the heated feature for winter riding.
