So my 04 RK I just bought has highway pegs on it but I can't really reach them to use them.

Is there some sort of attachment that will bring the highway pegs closer to me so I can actually use them?

Yes, HD has a few different peg mounts & the long angle, or 360-degree might be best for you. Go to dealership & take a look.

Surely you're not serious??

Anyway, +1 on the adjustable ones. The best thing to do is ride to a local dealer, tell them what's up. That's what I did and the guy came out, had me sit on the bike and "sized me up". Went back inside and picked out what fit me best. Same one's in keithhu's link - which BTW, can be adjusted to fit anyone.
