Are these lights spliced in or is there a plug already there to hook them up? Just a thought saw a SG today with them and it seemed to make the front end appear to look bigger. Looked sweet.

I have them as well and it makes the bike look good!! It's a plug in the wiring harness behind the fairing that's used for the lights. I have mine wired different so i can use my high beams without turning off the passing lamps.

I did this same thing. My lights stay on 100%, unless I actually turn them off. The wires are put into the turn signal connectors. They come with empty slots, if I recall correctly.
You can beat the added light too. Passing lamps are awesome, and have a nice wide angle of spread for the light. Helps to really see the critters at night.
And before you ask, no, you don't need to buy new turn signals. Your stock ones attach to the passing lamp brackets.

Do it. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and make yourself more visible. The triangle of light is awesome. No one looks cool after being hit. Been there....
As you do upgrades, consider LED's in all the lamps. Custom Dynamics is what I have in my EC. Fits in all the stock holes and make you more prominent. Big words.
