Update to "Not a leak after all"
Sorry this took so long to get back. Just FYI to all harley riders out there doing your own mechanics. My bike - 03 road glide - is real fast and usually runs great until this. NO power, back fires, hard starting. I looked everywhere and finally narrowed it to the tank. Found a pin hole in one of the lines in the tank and replaced both lines. Not it. Finally noticed the preasure regulator was not seated properly. As it is mounted in the canopy it can come apart about 1/8 of an inch or so. Just enough to cause low fuel preasure issues. Fixed that and made sure that can't happen again and better than new. I'm sure I've had this problem coming for a while. Not sure what caused the preasure regulator to back out but it did. I went to several HD repair shops as well as dealers and they said "no way". I'm here to tell you. So, heads up.
