Sharp bike, love my Police RK. With some small changes they really take on a sleeker look than in Police trim. Stuff like the rear rack, bag rails, front bumper, billboard windshield are easily removed and will help the looks. The hockey pucks dont bother me all that much, and theres alot of threads about the aftermarket latches not being so great. I went with a batwing fairing, easy on and off, and looks sharp imo. Your true duals with an air cleaner and tune will surley wake up your 103. You already have Street glide wheels, which is a mod many road king owners do, and already have a taller handlebar than stock, which with some adjustment forward will help for comfort. Awesome machine, some changes here and there and youll be impressed with how much theyll affect the whole thing.
leo... do those bags come with lids and latches too?
yes they are complete lids latches hinges called my dealer think they said all of it retail is about $2000 so about $1800 would be zanotti's price, open to DECENToffers. pm works best
Christo sorry it took so long to write back. I've been out of town since before Christmas and just returned this week plus I'm in the middle of moving so... needless to say things are gettin crazy around here haha. As of right now I've pulled the rack off the back changed the police seat for a streetglide seat just because I like the lower profile look and the police seat wasnt comfortable for me. I've taken the bumpers off the front and rear fenders. sold the full cage bag guards and bought the streetglide no show bag rests. Put on floorboards for her and that's really about it. I havent gotten a chance to ride much since I got it. I think i've only put about 1000 miles on it since I got it. If it gets passed 50 out it's been pouring down rain. Now I'm not one that minds riding in the cold but an hour drive to work is long cold bitch every morning haha. oh and I traded my tach for a chrome nacelle and handlebar cover. Well worth the trade if you ask me. Ready to finishes my taxes so I can get my big return and put exhaust and ape hangers on it then I'll be set for a while.
If you still have that 1000.00 to spend on her,
and living in Texas put that money in a bank,
untill you find something you just can't live
without congrats on a 103ci RK Police.
