Does anyone know what year header pipes will work with 2012 touring bikes, that don't cats builted into them.

None if you are keeping the o2 sensors.

The headers for your model had no cats in 09, and will fit, but the o2 sensors were closer to the heads, and with 18mm bungs instead of the 12mm near the cat as you have now.

That would be the way to go if you were upgrading the ecm at the same time to something like a thundermax, as they require and supply the 18mm wide band 02 sensors for that location.

Gut the cats on the stock set that's what I did....I was going to buy a set already cleaned out (no cat) but they company couldn't guarantee the bungs were going to be the right size. The 02 sensors screw in, they have to be the right size so I just did it myself (nothing new for me). Had the trap door I gutted the cat with welded for $35. Took me all day on a Sat but I can tell you everything you need to know about what was done which you can't say that is you buy someone else's gut job.
