boom audio

just installed amp and speakers. I have no sound. Do you have to have to have a down load to make it work? It is a 2010 ultra

Not sure about BOOM but make sure your speaker switch is in the right position. I powered up my new amp and had the long face for a few seconds. I never turn the speakers all the way off. Apparantly I did once.
