I am betting you are gonna pay MSRP at a minimum depending on your location. Demand is high and inventory is low. Advantage is that winter months are coming. Depending on how picky you are about color or options you might score a deal somewhere. Dont get caught up with all those here claiming to have purchased at thousands of dollars below MSRP. It totally depends on available inventory and every deal is different. Margins are razor thin for Dealers and most are selling everything and anything they can get their hands on. Be ready to deal when you see the deal you want cause it wont be there tomorrow. Just my 2 cents.

Most times you are lucky to get it for MSP.

I only got a couple hundred bucks off MSRP but got a $1200 harley gift card. Also 10% of parts and labor. If you go for a 2011, I would guess about $1500-2000 off.

..I think this is the best approach, a popular model like the Road Glide will be tough to get for less than msrp, but I'll bet the dealer will do a parts-allowance. $1000.00 is probably hard to get, but even $500 would be nice. Heck, it's money you know you're gonna spend anyway, so to me it's as good as a discount on list. Good luck!

The shift button and the space bar are your friends. Unlike women they don't mind getting used.
