I have a 2010 Ultra with original seat and rider adjustable back rest mounting kit#52596-09A and adjustable backrest #52423-09A. Thinking about getting a Hammock rider and passenger touring seat # 52000003. Will this Hammock seat accommadate the back rest mounting kit and backrest?

I had the HD adjustable backrest and mounting kit on my 2010 FLHTCU. I bought the Hammock Touring seat and it worked just fine. I traded in my Ultra last week for a 2012 RKC and forgot to remove the 2 week old Hammock seat. Damn. Best seat I ever had.

So they will work together, great. The stock ultra seat makes me feel like I"m riiding on the back of the tank. A friend of mine let me sit on his Hammock seat and it didn't push me forward like the stock seat.

Thanks for your reply.
The NEW Hammock seat will lower you an inch or so, and move you back slightly. You will enjoy the comfort it provides on long rides.
It may be outrageous, but if you tour very much, and I do, It is WORTH EVERY PENNY. The only thing is you have to learn to set IN it. It sets different from your stock seat. You have to learn to relax your backside and just settle into the seat instead of setting on top of it. Really hard to explain, but those of us that have them, know exactly what I'm talking about.
