No, read your post. You blamed it on a loose connection as well as talking about blowing fuses. Not trying to **** in your punch bowl, just trying to help another out.
10 LightEmittingDiodes
Exceeds US military specs - DOT approved
Light output similar to daylight color temperature - dramatically improves projection distance & overall visibility
Solid-state design resists shock & vibration - 50x longer life (10,000 hrs vs 400 hrs) than halogen bulbs
Hard wired, encapsulated circuitry - corrosion proof anodized aluminum housing - metalized reflector
Impact resistant, hard coated polycarbonate lens

Raised resistance = increased heat at the point the resistance is raised, which in this instance was a loose connection resulting in a melted plug. I was also trying to help another by pointing out the simple problems most people will overlook because it has to be a MAJOR problem since its on a Harley.
iclick where is your post on this? The one with the E-code housing and lamp. I did it and man I tell you what for that little bit of dollars what you get is just amazing thanks again for that one dude.
If the connection is loose you raise the resistace which pulls more amps....Just a little electrical lesson.
