Some of you have asked about the air filter that I have on my bike. It is a complete kit from K&N. Here is a link to it.....

Oh, by the way, keep in mind that that SE and Big sucker only flow 140 cfm, and cost nearly as much as the one in the link above.....

That seems to be a mistake a lot of people make, they put a lot of time and money in an engine build, do some great head work and then restrict it with a filter that can't fill the cylinders.

I have the SE airfilter on my RK would I have to change the map from the SE stage 1 or put on a power commander to run this setup?

Hey I have that one too.

Other than the crappy mylar trim ring, and the slightly cheesy velocity stack, it seems cool. I didn't use the ring, and the stack took a couple tries to get it in cleanly.

I had no idea it flowed so much better. I got it on the recommendation of Jamie@fuelmoto.

You probably would not have to, but it would be a good idea to have the a/f checked. If the SE filter is holding your bike back, then the filter change would require a re-map to see any increase.
