That seems to be a mistake a lot of people make, they put a lot of time and money in an engine build, do some great head work and then restrict it with a filter that can't fill the cylinders.
Other than the crappy mylar trim ring, and the slightly cheesy velocity stack, it seems cool. I didn't use the ring, and the stack took a couple tries to get it in cleanly.
I had no idea it flowed so much better. I got it on the recommendation of Jamie@fuelmoto.

I have the SE airfilter on my RK would I have to change the map from the SE stage 1 or put on a power commander to run this setup?

You probably would not have to, but it would be a good idea to have the a/f checked. If the SE filter is holding your bike back, then the filter change would require a re-map to see any increase.
