Last ride

I took my last ride of the year today. Bike goes into winter storage Friday. Winter sucks.

Taking my last ride on Friday.
It's going to be 62 degrees here.
Heading to the Harley shop to have a Stage 1 download installed so I can install a Heavy Breather and Slip-ons this winter.
Too bad they don't have any brake light switch kits so I can get my recall taken care of while I'm there.
They said Harley is only shipping 5 at a time.

I never winterize mine just in case a good day comes along. I'll throw stabil in the tank and put it on a Battery Tender, but that's about it.

Ditto on not winterizing. I can normally find several days throughout the winter to ride.

Last ride for me will be Thursday, Dec 1, weather permitting. Forecast high of 38 - pretty damn cold, but I'll get it heated up, toss in some Stabil, fill it up and ride into the garage. I will have ridden in 11 months in Michigan!

I must admit that i am glad i do not live any further north then MO. Temps have dropped to the upper 20s but I just cant put my ride away. I just put on the layers. Not looking forward to any snow that we get. Guess i will deal with it as it comes.
