CONGRATS!! I had the same problem, I have a Cee Baileys 9" and it is perfect.

Nice ride. I usually only have red, but my new black one spoke to me. Hope y'all have many happy miles. Ps do you get to pick the color .of the furniture?

I like the "red" , looks good on the Ultra. I have the same smile, new Ltd, in the garage, so congrats.

Congrats on the new bike. I put a Long ride Shield on mine. Dark smoke with the curve at the top. 8" and now I can see over the top. It fits ne perfect and I'm about 6'.

I went with a 8" recurve dark smoke on my FLHT. I bought mine from the dealer so I could try out the different sizes and return them until I got the right size. Paid a bit more this way but took the guess work out of buying the wrong size. I used both my seats during the test in hopes one size would work with both. The 9" worked fine with no buffeting but I could tell I wanted my sight picture just a bit higher over the shield. Tried the 8" and no change in buffeting and my view over the top was perfect. Very happy so far. I'm 6 2". I used both the stock sofa seat and my Badlander.
