I'm probably getting Iron bags and not yet sure of getting Road King studs on them or plain. I did get the water bottle holders with studs, so maybe I have to now ?
My best choice would be to wait till I see some on bikes, but I can't wait !!
what is the matter with your stock classic leather bags
since you ask,
1)I think they are ugly. I would rather have heritage bags or hard RK bags.
2)everybody else has them
3)if you was ever going to change bags, what sells better new or used? I got maximum $
4)they are plastic with covers
My personal opinion but obviously your choice...unless you are going to stud the entire bike out, I wouldn't go with studded bags...I think a totally studded look with fringe is awesome but I know others who can't stand it...if you like an old school look, do it, if not, go without the studs...in either case, be sure to post some pics when you're done!
