Use mine all the time...I like the heal shifter, but Harley puts a bolt on it for a reason....like it -keep it.....don't like it-remove it.....not a big deal, to each their own...
I do like the cut down one through, may have to look into that....anyone that dislikes the heal shifter, send it to me....

I just put on kuryakin extended levers and have the piece of mind that when one falls off it will be the heel

First thing I did was remove the heel shifter. Kept getting in my way and I never used it anyway. Threw it in the toll box in case the toe shifter were to come off. 2 years later it is still there

Hit the search button and get 1,000 opinions. For me, it was the first mod of the bike. My buddies love it, but I hated that foot cramper.

First heat tow shifter on my 07, in like 35 yrs riding. Once I got used to it I love it. Stomp down for everything except finding neutral, that requires more finesse than a stomp. Nothing like stompin + rompin.

It took me a while to get used to it. I lowered it one notch so it sits just above the foot rest. I really like it now.

To each his own.
