I was able to get my setup partually like the four speakers on Amazon.com and the Amp on Electrinic Warehouse website all for a lot lest then what Paul Yaffe wanted and all were Rockford Forgate with the upgrade on the speakers.

I figure doing a little shopping and parting it together you could save about 35% to 40%. You may not get the wiring but that is pretty easy to do yourself.

Now I seen a. Bike on line with Memphis speakers anyone know if these are better than fosgate?

I always thought memphis was little on the cheaper side for quality. Just my .02

Today's Rockford stuff doesn't compare to the Rockford stuff of old. Once RF decided they wanted a piece of the 'mainstream' market, the quality had to be sacrificed for pricing marketability.

My rear pods are RF 5 1/4's,................but my ears really didn't like the other RF choices in speakers.

But,.....OTOH,.....................these are just motorcycles after all !
