Sooooo The HK stereo worked great. but when I set my amp and it sounded good in the garage it wouldn't sound as good riding because of the distortion at high volume levels. I replaced with the Sony deck for more adjustment. when I know I wont be able to hear the bass I put it on the vocal preset and while I am around town at low speeds I run on the Power preset so I got the bass and I can feel the stereo pounding.

Ok, cool....just curious.

What bags and fender is that? Is the fender a replacement, or an overlay over the stock fender?

Yaffe fender, Ness bags pricey but the quality is there. and the Yaffe Chupa rear fender is a fender replacement. let me know if you interested Joe I will give you a link where I got like $700 off the fender and bags. I am glad I bought the Fiberglas bags they are very sturdy.

Build a two piece bracket. Cut in half and make it longer on one side so they overlap and can be bolted back together. Slide an end in on each side of the rubber and have it so you can bolt the two together on the inboard side.

I started painting this weekend and plan to be done this week. But what I need to know is if your painter painted the inside of the fender and does it need to be painted?
