2012 103 Phase 1
Doing a phase 1 on my 2012 103 softail with SE A/C, V&H Bigshots and SERT but thinking about adding SE-255 cams.
My problem is all the threads I have read about this combination is refering to a "103" kit installed on a 96" twin cam, so I would like to get some input from anyone that has added this cam to a factory 103" and not a kit upgrade, part of my concern is that at least some of the kit 103's indicate a 10.5 to 1 CR where the moco specs has my CR at 9.6 to 1 so its not apples and apples....also I have APC so starting CCP is not an issue..I think.
The goal of this build is to increase LOW END Torque, I don't drag race this bike and just want a little more snap UNDER 4K RPM, mostly 2 up cruising and don't care if it falls down a bit above that level.
Any real world experiance with this or a similar setup would be appreciated.
