I've been to several dealers out there (Kuwait, Oman, Qatar) where the techs are just trained monkeys...they didn't even read or speak English...or have ever ridden a Harley.

Yes, but I bought the package from them anyway... and have a number of friends that also bought from them after my recommendation.

First mistake was to go to the dealer for anything once the bike goes for it's 1000 mile check. Stay away from those thiefs.
