Good Evening, I just joined the forum. I'm sure that this has been discussed before, but I just moved up from a 2000 Roadking Classic/2002 Ultra to a 2010 Ultra. Can someone recommend a tire pressure gauge for the back tire? I can't even get my hand in comfortably to take the valve stem cap off. Thank you.
Yea, I don't know what Harley was thinking here, it's a real PITA to check tire pressure.
I've got a Lincoln Tire Gage/Inflator with a flexible hose attached to the Compressor in the Garage. I can get it in there, but like I said, it's still a PITA.
The back tire on my 2010 is much easier to get to than the front. The front valve stem is located in between the spokes whereas the rear valve stem, due to the width of the rear rim/tire, is set off to the side. Some guys have 90 degree valve stems installed when they get their first tire change. That makes the world a whole lot better.
