Sorry to hear about your problem but it could be as simple as a sending unit malfunction. Check the connection at the sending unit and/or change the sending unit just to eliminate that as a possibility.
Do you have a heavy breather intake? My buddy had a 103 that was dropping oil pressure. The gasket for the intake was getting sucked in. It finally shut the motor off one day.... only to be relieved the gasket was the issue. Talk about a crazy time!
IMHO these new TC's leave a LOT to be desired. I have seen MANY of the 103's drop down to 10-15 at an idle when hot. But is should definitely be right around 30 even when hot if you have the RPM's up above 2400.
I did see one that was getting so hot that it was hanging between 20-25 even at 3000 rpm.
A few things to check...is it wet sumping. Is the oil level at least half way between the add oil mark and full?

10-15PSI at idle is normal.
30 cold at idle normal.
30 hot cranking down the road normal.
First thing I would do is hook up a known good mechanical gauge. If its normal than you have a wiring issue, at least this will give you some piece of mind that the enginge is ok. You didnt say what state youre in, Calif use to have a law that everything sold over the counter had a 30 day warranty, that was 30 years ago I would check with your local BBB though.
My 07 103 hot idles around 5 psi +/-and runs 32ish all day long
What does the manual say is "normal" operating-temp oil pressure?
As hot as these motors run, and the fact that they use roller bearings on the crank, would seem to suggest that these numbers are about right.
Where is the pressure measured? If these motors are like the EVO's & the shovels, they have a high pressure circuit for the rockers & low a pressure circuit for the crank & the pressure is measured off the crank circuit.
That's right no warranty. The other motor blew up before my old warranty stopped and I still had 1 month of warranty on the new motor. Harley Davidson would not give me an extended warranty on the motor, not even one year. This drive train has been the drive train from hell. One blown motor at 37,000 miles, four inner primary seals, two compensator sprockets and the list go on and on. The motor has 7500 miles on it right now and I have a oil pressure problem. Harley refuses to stand behind there trash.
I agree that Harley doesn't stand behind all their stuff.. From my Issue I'll never buy a New Harley, Only used if I do...

+1 on that.
I've bought exactly one brand new Harley and it was a PITA from the get-go. After being lied to by the "service" manager and tech (I called them on it & they finally admitted it), I diagnosed & fixed it myself, at my own expense, & sold it ASAP.
I reported the whole incident to the MOCO & they did nothing - even though the dealer charged them with a couple of hours labor which they had admitted they didn't do.
No more new H-D's for me - ever. I've been close to caving & getting a new Ultra a couple of times, but this incident always prevents me from going through with it in the end.
