Jason the down side is that this Great country of ours will be a little worse off without you in active service but all us Harley riders will benefit. I for one will be watching your web site for new and innovative parts to improve what Harley should have. As far as advertising as you mention above many of us are telling the world about your FCS, I'm sure you will stay very busy. When a product such as the FCS comes along sales will continue to grow via word of mouth. Better get that money counter you're going to need it. All the best to you and your success. p.s. why Arizona ?
The organization is full of highly competent and capable Soldiers, they won't even know I'm gone. Headed for AZ cause thats where my wifes family is, I can make anywhere home long as I got my family with me, but I hope to land back the WV someday.
Hey Jason, I don't know if you've answered this question, so excuse me if you have. I plan to get the mini beast XR series, what will I need to do to keep my fans? Thanks for any help. If nothing else I will mount it and let yo know what I do.

On all of the MB horns the back is basically the same, plain and plat, so one mount solution will work for any of them, bu the XR may be a bit different. The enhanced mount I made is required mainly to support the weight of the MB and keep it from pulling the FCS down and banging into the jugs. Its a pretty slick rig, I only have a few because I'm building them manually until I see a significant demand, they aren't even on the website yet. Not sure if you saw this but member Mike M did a great job documenting and explaining the install of the enhanced mount in post #15 https://www.hdforums.com/forum/touri...cations-2.html
The XR is 6 3/4" dia, and the distance between the fans is 6 5/8". I made 6 3/4" cardboard cutout to represent the XR and mocked it up with the FCS in the garage here and it looks like the elevation offset between the FCS and the XR will allow clearance even though the XR is a little wider; not a lot of clearance, only about 1/8", but thats ok becuase the FCS and horn will be moving together, not independently, so they won't be contacting each other as the engine vibrates. Send me an email or PM I will make you fair deal on a mount to experiment with for this application.
Just wondering if these can be installed with the Harley Air Horn? I have not seen it mentioned anywhere.
Sorry I missed your question. Unfortunately the answer is I don't know, I don't have the resources to find fitment solutions for every combination of aftermarket horns and accessories. Looking at the HD P&A catalog the Premium Air Horn Kit 69423-05 does not look like it will work without some modification. Its mounted on an angle and forward of center, so think that would definately cause some interference with the FCS. I have no experience with this horn so I dont know if the position can be adjusted without major modification. Judging only by the size of the horn, I would say it could probably be done, but it will require modification, sorry I can't provide details of how to make it work. Basically I need physical possession of a horn in order to work on a mount solution. Currently I am working on the WOLO air horn solution, but these low priority projects are going to have to take a back seat to my relocation efforts in the near future. I will offer as much assistance as I can if you choose to engage it yourself; for a special deposit I can send you a "dummy" FCS housing to mock up and help figure out how to make the mount work with both devices.
Put mine on last night. I live in a condo so lighting is crappy but everything went on pretty easily, considering. I took the tank off and it still only took about an hour and a half. Thanks Jason the FCS is sick! It's a must for the tropical climate here. It was money well spent. Keep up the great work. I can't wait to see what you come up with next.
I started installing my FCS fans last night and I have one question. When installing the horn and fan should I use a washer and or put a nut on the back of the acorn screw?
