I'm not sure if their's one for your bike, but a number of companies make speedometer calibration boxes for motorcycles with electronic speedometers.

They install between the sensor and the speedometer and basically change the signal sent to the speedometer.

I installed one on another motorcycle (not a Harley) and that unit used a +/- system to increase or decrease the speedometer reading. For example if you determined that your speedometer was 6% fast, you could program in -6%.

They are frequently used for motorcycles that have had gearing changes such as bikes with chain drives that have had sprocket changes.

Do an internet search and you should be able to find a number of manufacturers.

One thing to keep in mind is that if you change your speedometer calibration you will also change the odometer. If you -6% your speedometer, then the odometer will also record -6% the miles. You might want to consider that if you make a change.

Hope this helps.
