If you mean a CVO bike, yes they do. They aren't any louder, but seem to have a bit of a lower tone. They also have nice heat sheilds and good looking removeable tips.
You can buy a "Screamin' Eagle" slip-on for any bike HD makes and they are easily modified to get more volume if you wish.
For example, on my RG the Screamin' Eagle slip-on is named "Nightstick", and is mfg by SuperTrapp. There is a small anti-tamper security screw (the wrench is sold at Lowes) located on the bottom of the exhaust.
Go on the SuperTrapp web-site, buy more disks &/or an open end cap and you are set to go...
Pipes from an 09 CVO RG on my 06 RK. With some modification they sound quite nice. And theres NO CATS, even though everyone seems to tell me that there is, there IS NOT.

A local has an exhaust off of a screamin eagle electraglide for sale. I have a true dual set up from BUB. Anyhow, I am looking to get back to a more stock set up and wondering if his exhaust has the SE slip ons from the factory or if the are just like the normal stock units. I want a little louder than stock but not as loud as I am getting from the BUB7 two inch system. I have not had a chance to look at the others and he dosent seem to think they are SE's so I thought I'd ask here. Thanks

I had a pair from an '06 bike and they did have the cats in the mufflers. But I think that was the only year. I had to bore them out. They had a decent sound, just too quiet. Cages kept turning into me including my wife. My friend is running a pair in his '11 Limited UC. Sound better than stock, but still pretty quiet. He likes them for listing to his tunes.
