Still trying to pick the right slip-on for my Electra. I have used SE slip-ons and Pythons in the past...the Pythons are louder than I really want. I was looking at Rineharts, V&H Ovals, etc. Could I get some recommendations for good performance, decent price, and not too much noise ?
BTW...another member here mentioned RUSH....I've checked out their website and wouldn't rule them out but I have yet to find a pair I could actually hear in person. Thanks.
I have the V&H classic slips on....sounds great......they aren't loud unless you make them loud. I can ride through my neighbor at 4 am and not wake a soul, but If I wanted to I could set off every car alarm within 75 yards. LOL......
So, the classic slipons sounds great. The only time I'm am idiot about being really loud is in traffic so folks can hear/see me..... You'd like them
But, you have to just hang out at a dealer on a Sat. and hear all the pipes.......You'll hear pipes from A-Z, and find one you like.........

I don't mind some noise when you really crank into it but I'm more concerned with idle or cruising so as not to overpower my tunes or be too obnoxious.
I'd call some dealers and ask if they have any bikes in the shop that have
the exhausts you're thinking about getting. Go to the dealer and listen to
the different pipes. It will give you a good idea of what you want.
