The plastic bottles that come with it don't keep the contents cold for very long. I replaced them with this.
+1 on the thermos. Surpising how long they keep the water cold and the push button top is easy to use with one hand. I pop the top snaps on the left lower compartment and just slide the thermos down in.
I used to have a kruzer kaddy, damn thing kept flipping over and spilling everything. Now I use a cup holder by Capt Itch. I have had no problems with it.
