It's a good inexpensive lift depending what you are doing, mine is the next mod up it has a pretty decent wheel clamp but I think It's 349 or 399. I've had mine for 5 years It still works OK, BUT the air will no longer lift the ultra, you have to foot pump it. The air still works fine for the smaller bikes softtails ect. I made some extensions for it, and right now I have my wife's sportster on it doing a trike conversion. It has wheels on it so you can roll out of the way, I leave mine up when not in use so I won't trip on it as it also works as an extra work bench

I don't think the HF table isn't much over 120lbs despite the add saying shipping weight 347. Something is wrong there. I think its low enough that you could park a pickup truck over it except if you have a wheel chock bolted to it.
I also picked up a wide flat jack to use with this. I can put it under the bike and it clears the edges of the table. Its wide and stable for removing the front or rear wheel.

A friend of mine has one. I went over to take a look, as I wnated one too. I didn't think it was the most heavy duty looking lift. That said I had decided to get one anyways. I started looking at Craigslist just to see what was out there. I ended up getting a handy lift with the side extensions for $775. It had been used maybe 10 times. When I got it home I cleaned it up and it looks brand new. In my opinion it's built way better. Also it's air lift. I love it and have used it quite a bit.

I have a HF lift (1000#) as well as a Complete Hydraulics "TCML"(1500#) and both handle my bagger just fine. Yes the HF lift has a couple of safety locking heights and has no problem with leaving the bikes elevated for long periods of time. I switched out the junk wheel chock that came with the HF lift to one of the "condor" type wheel chocks from HF for 39 bucks(normally 89 bucks ..get coupon from the HF add in Riders or American Iron mags)

Here is a pic of it in use with my M109R on it (800 lb bike)

Here is a cut and paste of a posting I did at one of the M109R forums I belong to that has the items mentioned
1500 lbs Motorcycle Jack Lot # 2792. Reg price $119.99 With Code # 66752624 $59.99 Save 60 bucks!
This is the jack Motorcycle Jack / ATV Lift - 1500 Lb. Capacity

For those wanting the 1000 lbs table lift Lot# 91764. Reg price $499.99 with Code # 50976858 $299.99 Save 200 or 300 bucks! (as the website now shows 599.99 as the regular price! but the coupon shows the regular price as 499.99!)
Motorcycle Lift Table - 1000 Lb. Capacity

Here is the above table lift in use with my 9 prior to putting on a Condor type Wheel Chock on the lift.

Here is is after I bolted one of the wheel chocks to the lift, much nicer! It was very easy to drill the lift to mount the chock as it already has bolt holes to do this in the chock.

You get the wheel chock from harbor freight too! I used the coupon so I don't have the code to list but you can find it all time in the magazines American Thunder and Riders & Motorcyclist, and got them for 39 bucks (could get 4 max with coupon) instead of 89... and with the chock I don't have to use any tie downs on the 9 or our HD's and we love them! I have a couple for use just in the garage as well as on both table lifts.

Coupons listed are good until 2-25-12 Limit One coupon per person per day. (but you can buy both the Jack & Lift using the coupons on the same day...Just not two jacks or lifts for the coupon price on the same day...

Edit...The reason this coupon is not working ONLINE is due to the actual part number that gets put into the shopping cart is the NEW part number of the $599. table lift that is replacing the Central Hydraulics lift Item number # 91764 ..... The New one that gets linked to Online is made by Pittsburgh Motorcycle is Item # 68892

If you go into the store or call the 800 number to place your order they will still honor the price!

As for the wheel chock I would think it would hold a 170 as my 160 fits with room to spare. (you might need to move the upright back one more hole compared to where I have it set in the pictures above to allow for the wider wheel to "sit down" into it better. But get an outside measurement like Harris mentioned and one of us can then go measure...

I also have one of HF table lifts and it works great. Lifts my EGC with no effort. I installed one of HF wheel chocks and it also works great. Absolutely no issues what so ever.

picked up a mint hf lift off craigslist last night for 200. tired of waiting on them to get one in stock and saved some money to boot. lifts my street glide with ease but you can tell its heavy. when i set it down on the locking bar you can definetly tell its under alot of stress as the bar bows pretty good. i was hoping that was a little more solid as i wanted to rest it on the lock and relieve pressure off the jack if gonna be stored up for a while. but i think im gonna have to rework the locking bar situation to feel comfortable leaving it up for extended periods

You might try direct lift for some info. They sell new for around $600.00 but easily lift my RG w tour pack and fully loaded. It's pneumatic and easy to use.
