No need - as the '09 frames and newer were fixed of this issue, is my understanding.

People have experienced wobbles with the new frames. I have read that here and there on this forum. Not starting an argument , just commenting on what I've read.

Not taken as such - this is something I would like to know more about if this is true...

The new frames definitely still have the issue under the right conditions. I never rode a pre '09 bike so I don't know how much worse they were, but I experience the wobble with my '11 through sweepers at speeds over approximately 75 mph. If you ride a new framed bike without ever exceeding the speed limit you may never feel it. From what I've read regarding the older framed bikes, the new frame is a definite improvement but I can assure you that the wobble is not completely eliminated.

I didn't feel any wobble when the bike was brand new, but as I rode and became more familiar with the bike I could feel it. I'm not really sure if the wobble I feel now is because I'm more familiar with the bikes handling, or it is being caused by a worn tire(s). I just replaced the rear tire so I'll know in a little while what effect that has.

My question now is this... I'm sure the tire condition has some effect. With that in mind, how much will a stabilizer system help with a wobble that is induced primarily by a worn tire?

I'll find out eventually because one of these stabilizer systems is on my list of things to do.

Thanks for your review.

I have a stabilizer on my 2012 glide and it made a huge difference. I wonder if these bushings would work on a 09 and up bike also. Id give them a try, there cheap enough to take a chance on. My stabilizer was around 400 bucks it works but it didnt come cheap.

The 09 and up are improved with two front mounts, but they are not "fixed".

Thanks for the review. I asked Santa to bring me a set of these for my 04 Road King. Plan on installing them while I have the pipes off for the cam job. Glad to hear they worked well for you.
