The HD heated jackets and vests come with connections to hook directly to the battery. Why are you wasting the ACC connector and the time, and the effort, to try to make it work for that? It's a simple thing. Battery, online fuse is already there, plug sits right at edge of the seat, plug the jacket in, turn it on, set the temp, and go.
1) The jacket could possibly overdraw the deutsch connector causing more issues down the road. It's not rated for the amps that you are going to draw from it.
2) If you have a SAE connector on the battery terminals already, use use that. Buy a SAE to Coaxial adapter and be done with it.
.... and why are we responding to post that 6 years old? WTH! Pretty sure he figured it out by now.

Far easier, and safer (in the long run) attach the included harness to the battery direct. I tuck mine under the seat when not in use.
The controller is a must have.... otherwise you'll be going from too HOT (on) or too cold (off)...I crank my controller, then just back off as I get warm...
