I just put a hose on the end of the bleeder tie the brake leaver down then open the bleeder and keep adding fluid till it runs clear out the end of the hose, don't let the reservoir run dry, this will flush and bleed the system and gravity does all the work, just takes longer than a speed bleeder and I flush mine every spring
Non ABS....Just put a clear hose on the bleeder (furthest side first).
Make sure you have the hose "loop" above the bleeder screw then down.
When you open it ( and can leave it open) the air bubbles will stay at the top and not be sucked back in.
