Thanks to everyone who replied to my post on the hd 1356 code. It was a hole in the fuel line from the pump to the check valve. Everyone have a Happy New Year. By the way, the local HD dealership said it was not a fuel line. It was my pc that was bad. Thanks to the people on here for helping with experience not $$$.
Funny how service departments will try to blame an aftermarket part for an issue. Sometimes they have no clue. Glad you got your issue resolved.
I had the radio go out on my bike and I ran all the diagnostic tests to confirm the issue was with the radio before taking it in for warranty replacement. The technician working on my bike told me he didn't know if he could get HD to replace the radio because I had J&M speakers and they may be the cause. Yeah right. They did replace the radio so I really have no complaint, other than the BS they try laying on you during the process.
Glad you got your bike fixed up with out much of a problem..There are some pretty good people here with some good advice..Happy New Year from Tennessee..
