Road King Classic bag question?

Can you switch out the stock leather sidebags for the stock hardshell bags? Seems like it would be cool to be able to change the look of the bike now and then.

I did with only a small adjustment to the forward mounting bracket. Re-adjust and swap back.

The first thing I did on my RKC was the hard bag swap. As said above, a little adjustment on the mounts and you're good to go!

Me to. Just had to take out a spacer on the rear bracket and they fit up nice.

I'd like to cover a pair of extended bags with leather. I think that look would be awesome.

Can you buy hard bags with all the necessary parts (hinge, latch, etc) so that all you have to do is put them on a bike? Do you know the price and I don't mean any "I-got-them-from-ebay-on-sale" -price ;-)
