Eastern Performance has a nice Holiday Savings deal on this Flag/pole setup. Eastern has alot of good deals right now.
I had to order it.
I figured it would be nice to have when doing fire rides and holidays.

Just curious if anyone has this particular one and will it handle 60 - 70 MPH?

Basz....

depends on where you are going to mount it....if you are looking at the luggage rack on the Tour Pak, just make sure you get it really tight. I had a similar setup and it twisted down after about 3 hours on the Freeway...didn't have it tight enough.

ride safe

Looks like a good deal. I have a question. I have an Ultra with the rack on the trunk. The tubing looks like 3/8" not 1/2" like the flag says it is made for.

Do you know for sure that the factory Harley rack is 1/2" round tubing?

Thanks,

I'm not sure what size it is - I just looked at the HD web site and it didn't say.

I have the HD flag that clips on the tourpack lid. I've ridden hundreds of miles with it at 70 mph+. Still there and not fraying yet. Next one I'm going with is from www.bikerflags.com about half the price and lot's of people here happy with them.

Yep, 1/2" for sure on the luggage rack (premium rack, not the contour which is a smaller rack) And yes, this flag will withstand steady 70 mph. Of course, I fly 2 3x5 flags when doing PGR duties! And don't buy a big fancy expensive mount for the big flags, real easy and cheap to make your own with pvc pipe!
