Default One piece top clamp
Does anyone know are these 1 piece clamps mostly universal? What would I need to get for my 03 FLHT?

When I did my handlebar swap on my 05 ultra I switched to the one piece handlebar clamp and I also went with the polyurethane riser bushings, part # 56298-03. It made a huge improvement on reducing handlebar vibration.

I have the bushings just need the top clamp. There's a bunch on eBay. I'm trying to find out which models are the same as mine. Some guys are saying 73 and later big twin are all the same.

The -08 superceded the -79 so at least from 79 to present are the same. I don't know about 73 though.

HCC makes a nice one with set screws to lock the handlebars in position.
