Default True duals ?

OK, I know that I may get a "whole bunch" of different opinions, and that is "cool", so here we go: On my 2012 Ultra Limited (103) with CFR slip-on's, I am now think'in that rather than "gut the cats", to go with "TRUE DUALS" ! I have Stg.1 w/ the HD SERT( or what ever the latest version is called ) ! I have NO intensions of going any further than this, so for those of you who have this set-up, what would you recommend for True Dual header pipes (tuneability) ? As always, this site is worth its "weight in gold", for the quality of experience we have; Thanks for your responces, Craig H. Pasco,Wa.

That's what I did, true duals and CFR's. I even bought a V&H power duals header and changed my mind. The TD's just sound right.

Default TD's

I gutted my cat, but if I was to go TD, I would probably get the Rush TD's. Don't know how much difference the ceramic coating would do, but it couldn't hurt.

I don't have any pics just yet, but a few days ago I installed a FullSac true dual conversion of my exhaust. Sounds and looks great. Not ridden it yet of course. Waiting for spring.

Primary reason I did it was for HEAT..

The cosmetic and sound is secondary

But I do like the sound

I have V&H Dresser Duals since 2010 and CFR slip-ons since 2009. I love the combination. The Dresser Duals brought significant heat reduction and improved sound.
I also have a Stage 1 with PC-V.
