Road King almost
I agree, the markets flooded with used bikes right now. Plus, this is the slowest time of the year for bike sales. The dealers should be willing to dicker.
Main thing is the bike's condition and how it's been ridden. Stock condition is a strong positive indication that it's been conservatively ridden. Now get the bike's service history if you can. On a bike this clean, dickering over a grand is useful--to a point, and that point is reached mucho soon. After a year or two, you'll have spent way more on accessories & tuning goodies than the difference in purchase price anyway. Ride safe!

Sooo easy to get around that. I bought my bike out of state w/under 2K miles and I live in SoCal. Slapped a dealer tag on it and insured it in CA (only need the VIN).

If you go out of state you have to buy a bike with more than 7500 miles on it or they wont register it either.

Plenty of used bikes, no wait for new ones anymore and new selling below msrp, that bike is priced like it was 2 years ago, too high in todays market, 12,500.- 13,500 is what its worth.
