Default Chubby WO 575 Handlebars installed

I just wanted to pass along,
This weekend I installed a painted inner fairing and while apart, I installed the Chubby WO 575 bars. I am 6'3" and these bars are a perfect fit for my gangly arms. The new bars place the grips roughly 2 inched higher, 2 inches wider, and 2 inches back. My hands are still hidden behind the fairing.
These bars are designed to run all the wiring through the bars. This proved to be a bit of a pain as there are a lot of wires, so it is tight. I had to trim off 1/2 inch off the left side of the bar for proper fit-up. Pulling the pins out of the Molex connectors was the most time consuming. I wish Harley would just stay with the Deustch connectors.
I had to get a +4 inch clutch cable. This adds a bit more work as you have to remove the exhaust to install the clutch cable to the transmission.
Sine I got the diamondback braided clutch cable, I went ahead and got the matching front brake lines. Bleeding ABS brakes are considerably different than the older style. The service manual says in sveral places the one must use the dealers 'tech tool' to bleed the brakes, not true. I bled them with some tygon tubing and compressed air.
It also helps to have a buddy or two to help.

This website helped me when I installed my WO575s.

Saved me lots of time and headache. Especially with the wiring.

"I had to trim off 1/2 inch off the left side of the bar for proper fit-up."

Am I reading this right?

The Limited model comes with heated grips, which I am assuming are a little bit different length than the non-heated grips. So, in order for the grip/switch housing/clutch perch to all mate together and close up to the lip on the bar where it goes from 1" to 1 1/4" I had to trim a little off. Wild One discusses this in their installation manual.

What did you use to cut the bars? Got mine on and wired before I realized they need to be cut. Not looking forward to pulling out the grips wires again to cut it.

Enjoy your new bars, I love mine.

Biggest PIA was torquing the bolts for me.
