T-BAG Suitcase is what i use, had it on my 08 Ultra Classis with no luggage rack and now on my 11 Ultra Limited with the luggage rack. Will work either way easy on and easy off. It has it's own rain cover that fits and works wery well. I am very pleased with it and would buy the same bag again if i had to do it over again.

I use the Tbags Bootcase, lots of different compartments and huge inside plus it will also fit inside your tourpak if you want it, or outside strapped to your rack.

Default Saddlemen TR3300DE

Another vote for the Saddlemen TR3300DE! Great bag, lots of room and attaches easily to the rack.

I've got the same one, nicely made and spacious but not so big that it's easy to overload the Tour-Pak.
