Saddleman FTB3300. I don't know how long this one has been out, I just ran across it and works perfectly for me. It is designed for the Tour Pack Premium luggage rack. Held in place at the front with two buckle straps that are positioned to hold it to the rack in the front keeping air from lifting it up. Two each Velcro straps on each side keep the bag in place. (tested by me this morning to 96mph passing a grain truck).
Bag has six zippered compartments and all of them can be accessed without ever removing a bungee. The thing is perfect for us. I got mine $93 shipped on Amazon.
