Default Yellow wire

Hello.
Just took the seat off my 2007 RKC and I have a yellow wire with a dark stripe coming from under the gas tank and going to nowhere. The end seems to be broken off and just hanging by the battery. I suspect that it is my directionals and brake light. ( Sorry, my shop manual is at work ). Just trying to figure out where this wire belongs. Any ideas ?
Thanks in advance,

Jake

I believe there is a Yellow/Black that runs to the horn. It would help to know the second color.

Default Yellow wire

Hi again,

Wire is yellow with a blue stripe.
It must connect in the area under the seat somewhere.

( It's about 7 degrees in my garage in Boston.
I am so cold I can barely type ).

Thanks again for any help.

Jake

If I read the EDM right, Yellow/Blue (Y/BE?), goes to the rear coil. I don't know though, I'm no electronics guru.
