Ok the one pic you have on the AC side with the bolt not flush with the fork leg is not right. It should be flush against the leg. Recheck the instructions you did something wrong. Mine is flush against the leg.
In your side by side comparison photo remember on your stock axle the nut threads onto the axle on the outside of the leg. On the Yaxle a bolt is threaded into the axle on the inside so your stock axle is going to appear longer.
Sorry didn't look at all the pics before replying the first time. Hope this helps.
talked to yaffe. shoulder is machined wrong leaving a gap on air cleaner side. but the other side is correct it's not suppose to go all the way through. I guess it causes clamp effect on bearings and that what they wanted.
ok new update. talked to there head tech and he wasn't convinced that the Yaxle I got was messed up. wondering if my custom wheels were the issue. took it to a machine shop and barrowed there lath for 20 minutes and got it to fit flush. better then waiting a week. all is good in the hood. haha.
yeah I know what your saying. he took out a spec sheet and was reading off the measurements and they all were within specs. He said he would send me a new one if I wanted. then I explained I had an in with a machine shop down the street and he said that's what he would do. just because they have had these types of issues at there shop in Arizona with custom wheels and wheel spacers.
Brady at Baggernation has been awesome with me on my build. So I won't complain, and those guys down there are very honest.and go out of there way to help.
