Going with 12" monkey bagger bars. Should I have my new color matched fairing drilled and go with fairing mirrors or keep the fairing clean and go with handlebar mounted ones? Opinions appreciated. I am leaning in one direction.
Never liked the look of fairing mounted mirrors. That said, only you can decide what you want out of your build. My suggestion is to do the least invasive method first and see if it's what you can live with.
I got em on the fairing still with PYO 12 Monkeys, find they are still functional for me at 6'2". I am thinking of moving them to the bars though so I can paint the fairing and have that nice clean look. I would say if you painted the fairing put em on the bars, but not high put em low so they don't stick out above the fairing and u can use them by looking under your arms. I think that'll be the route I go.
BTW your gonna love the bars! Awesome quality product from a great mind.
