Love my Mustang, Love it even more after the MeanCity upgrade. 500 mile days without having a sore *** or the seat bounce

Loanrider - I tried that seat but went with the wide touring 76033. The 79539 is a nice seat but for me at six foot it put me back just a little more than I wanted. I have Mustang seats with backrests on both of my current bikes and have had one on my last four bikes. I can ride six or seven hundred miles in a day and not have a seat related problem. With the stock seat it's like sitting in a vee and after 100 miles or so I need to get off the bike. I don't think you would go wrong with a Mustang seat.

I am six foot with a 34" inseam and the wide touring put me too far forward and my wife didn't really like it, I just got a super touring and it sits me in a good position and my wife likes it. The wide touring is for sale by the way, but at 6'3" I don't think you'll like it, especially since you have the wide touring on the 05 & like it.

I am 6'3" and run the 76033 seat. I love it. I was happy with the OEM but my wife hated it so I bought the Mustang for when she is with me. I plan to switch back and forth as needed. Bryan

That is a good price!! Opinions on seats are like a$$holes, everyone has one. Unfortunately not many places stock a bunch of seats to test fit. Therefore you have to buy one and hope for the best. If it doesn't work, sell and try again!! Your not gonna find a 76033 any cheaper than $tonecold's deal!! Just sayin. Bryan
