I believe that the Screamin Eagles are EPA compliant.....I assume that they are a lot quieter because the Stouts, like Rineharts, are straight through baffles. People buy them and say they are too quiet.
From all the posts I kinda think the Stouts are going to be the choice but I have one last question:
Can anyone tell me how they compare to the Screaming Eagle 4" Street Performance touring slip-ons with changeable end caps.
They seem very similar in design and specs. but way cheaper than than the Stouts.
Cheers
I have the SE 4" on my 2012 RG and am very happy with them. A touch louder than stock with a much better tone than stock. They were the perfect choice for me. I've always liked an exhaust with changeable end caps for its a pretty cheap change if you want to go for a new look and all you have to do is swap out the end cap instead of the entire pipe.
